Drop shipping terms and conditions

Drop shipping order procedure.

  1. Drop shipping customer download his orders from his own website as CSV format.
  2. Drop shipping customer copy and paste all his order informationinto AICA order sheet, order sheet information including:

SaleRecordNumber/UserId/BuyerFullname/BuyerPhonenumber/BuyerEmail/BuyerAddress1/BuyerAddress2/BuyerTown/City/BuyerCountry/BuyerPostcode/ItemNumber/ItemTitle/CustomLabel/Quantity

All these orders must be cut off at 23:59 O’clock UK time working days  and send it to Aica Accountant

Situation1:

Multiple items in one order and product quantities are the same or one customLabel with any quantity, all order information in one row,custom label example:

 

Situation2:

Multiple items in one order and product quantities are different, all order information in multiple rows,customer label example:

  1. Send this Order sheet to AICA Accountant department with your payment confirmation to email:aicabathroomsltd@gmail.com
  2. Aica Accountant departmentconfirm payment correct and send email back to Drop shipping customer to confirm
  3. Any incorrect payment order will not be sent out until corrected by Drop shipping customer
  4. All orders will be arranged to send out by Aica and confirm shipping status with Drop shopping customer by email

Payment procedure

  1. Aica will send each drop shipping customer a Drop Shipping price
  2. Drop Shipping customer uses the price list to make his own sale price on his own website
  3. Drop Shipping customer downloads his own order from his own website and copay and paste the his own order information into AICA Order Sheet(CSV format) with price which is according to the AICA Drop Shipping price list,must match with each product code
  4. Sum all the order price to make a total amount correctly then make the total amount to AICA business bank account (Account holder: Aica Bathrooms Limited, Bank type: Business , Bank: Bank of China , Sort Code:40-50-37, Account number:7255 2250)
  5. Payment reference(Invoice reference format:Drop Shipping customer company name first two letter Upper cases+two digits year+invoice number) Example: BT24-001
  6. Payment receipt with Order sheet send to Aica email:aicabathroomsltd@gmail.com

Return and Refund

Trading with Aica Bathrooms, you are always protected, if you want to return your item, you are always welcome to do it. Some other retailer allows customer to return in 28days, but Aica Bathrooms has 60days allowance for you.

To return an order you must contact us by:Aftersales@aicabathrooms.co.uk , in the email please quote your order reference and explain what makes you return your order or item.

Requirements for returning your purchasing:

  1. Must be happening in 60days
  2. Must be purchased from Aica Bathrooms Limited

To get a refund, customer must meet the return reasons below:

  1. Item is faulty, can’t be installed or not fit for its purpose
  2. Item is wrong
  3. Item is not the same as description
  4. Item is damaged by transit
  5. Any other reasons please communicate by email
  6. Return Item must be packed by packaging,unpacked item or product without proper protected won’t be accepted

Customer can return by yourself or let Aica Bathrooms to pick it up and we would recommend customer to choose Aica Bathrooms to return your items. Aica Bathrooms sends its own courier to pick up the items,customer can leave it to us with no risk, if it is returned by 3rd party courier, it will be risk in damaging by transit and damaged return won’t be accepted by us.

Return postage is paid by customer unless the item is faulty/wrong or not the same as description.

To make this procedure smoothly please communicate with us in advance and explain completely with photos or video evidence,otherwise this may take longer than your expectation to sort out your situation.

Return:

Most of the return situations are not items not fitting correctly or mistakenly, Aica Bathrooms will investigate all return case and provide a best solution for customers.

In order to make your delivery success please make sure your delivery address is correct with your best valid contact  number.

How and when your item will be proceed to delivery? 

All orders must be paid before shipping to customer,once payment make successfully your email will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order is about to dispatch.

 

 

Normal order delivery confirms in advance a day by text message or phone call to customer. Delivery driver will inform customer 30 to 90minutes before arrival.

Pallet delivery will be booked by phone call to confirm your convenient delivery date.

Small parcel will not be confirmed.

On the date of delivery:

  • Customer must check delivery items to confirm it is no damaged and no item is missing/no wrong item delivered
  • Delivery driver will double check order item codes/quantities before handling items over to customer
  • Customer must confirm delivery made by putting signature on manifest
  • Delivery driver will take 1 to 2 photos to confirm delivery made
  • No one home and no answer or no further instruction from customer, delivery driver will fail this order and return

Courier and customer both confirm delivery items are not damaged/missing/wrong item,once item handle over to customer and confirm by customer signature, customer will take all responsibility for it,Aica will not resend or exchange for customer.
